Virtual fair specialized to promote food industry business
Starting with March 2002, a very important and ambitious
project has been launched: " Promotion of business
from agro - food industry and related domains".
In order to ensure its success, the project was
replicated on the internet (June 2002) as "Food
Industry Business" at http://www.fib.ro.
It is a very actual concept, extremely necessary, to integrate the Romanian Food Industry in the New Economy. Department's participation to the most important conferences, fairs and exhibitions (TIBCO 2002 and 2003, Food Industry Forum, INDAGRA 2002) has promoted the project's name. Therefore, after one year, Food Industry Business has became a daily instrument, extremely useful, for all the operators in the food industry.
The virtual Fair is built on the main domains

Free of Charge Stand
The Exhibitor will be listed with the following
informations:
a. Contact information: adress, phone and
fax numbers, two contact persons with details and
phone numbers. All the e-mail and web adresses in
this section are active. This way, all the visitors
have the opportunity to send on-line inquiries.
b. The virual fair domains where rhe companies is
listed (no more than 5 domains).
c. Complete descriptions of the products and
services - 10 locations.
d. A separate section, at the botton of the page,
reserved for all the information about your
company'history, your partners, the prizes and awards
received, other memberships, etc.
e. A page meter to count the visitors to
your stand.
Supplementary services offered during the
trial period:
f. possibility to up date all the information,
in real time, based on your user name and password
g. Daily Newsletter, with the most important
information from the market, the most important
information from mass media, promotion campaigns
for the new exhibitors, all the up dates made the
day before, exchange rates and, of course, all the
inquiries received on the organizer's address.

In section. Within 2 hours, our team will activate your stand
and you will receive a confirmation for the access keys: user
name and password. From this moment you will have 30 days to
try all the above mentioned services, free of charge and with
no obligation to sign a contract.
Of course, in case you will decide to sign
a contract within these 30 days, we will grant significant
discounts for you.

2. Standard Stand
At the end of the trial period, we are going to
bring to you attention our Standard Offer.
This offer contains, additional to the trial stand,
an identical stand in Romanian Language and the
possibility to participate to the special sections
of the fair:
a. Offer of the week: this section makes
a direct link, from the home page, to one of the
exhibitor's stand. Your company can be listed here
once every six month, on request.
b. Mobile announcements: This is a rolling
section, permanently listed in home page, the very
first detail a visitor will see while accessing
our virtual fair. You can participate here once
every three months, by sending a request to our
marketing team. All the e-mail addresses included
in these announcement are active, in order to facilitate
a visitor to directly contact you.
c. Newsletter: Your up dates will be included
in the next day newsletter. All the materials, offers
and other announcements, your handouts sent to our
marketing team will be included, once a month, in
the Newsletter.

3. Premium Stand
This Stand allows you to access the entire range
of services offered by our virtual fair. Additional
to the standard offer, the Premium grants your access
to the following special sections:
a. Offer of the week: Listed here once every
3 months, the number of visitors interested by your
company's products and services will increase.
b. Mobile announcements: This is a rolling
section, permanently listed in home page, the very
first detail a visitor will see while accessing
our virtual fair. You can participate here once
every week, by sending a request to our marketing
team. All the e-mail addresses included in these
announcement are active, in order to facilitate

Another element of the Premium stand is the
photos. Your company's stand can be improved
with images:
a. To each and every one of the 10 products description
is possible to atash a photograph, in order
to have a better presentation of your products.
These images will open like a separate window, with
a mouse click.
b. You can, also, insert, your company's logo,
on the top of your stand, next to the contact details.
